The MA Publishing at the University of Exeter develops the critical contexts and practical skills needed to engage with global publishing models across print and digital environments. Compulsory modules cover the contemporary publishing industry and editorial processes and practices, while an optional work placement module and the option of a practical publishing project or research-based dissertation allow students to tailor their experience. The curriculum is guided by an Industry Advisory Board comprising senior professionals from major publishing houses and literary organisations.
