运筹学与应用统计学 Operational Research and Applied Statistics (MSc)

This programme equips students with the necessary analytical skills, methods and ways of thinking to tackle complex organisational problems, make better decisions and become confident statistical analysts. Students undertake case studies and project work, with the dissertation project typically undertaken with an industrial partner. The School of Mathematics has well-established links with organisations including Welsh Government, Sainsbury's, British Airways, Network Rail and Welsh Water. The programme is ideal training for careers in operational research, management science, statistics, risk analysis, financial modelling, actuarial risk and management consultancy.
