种植学 Implantology (MSc)

The MSc Implantology at Cardiff University School of Dentistry explores the science and clinical practice of implantology, offering the clinical skills and experience needed to perform contemporary implant practice including bone and soft-tissue grafting. Based in a working Dental Hospital with strong NHS links, students gain clinical exposure within their first month, directly managing patients requiring fixed and removable implant-retained prostheses. The programme combines taught modules in cellular and molecular biology, restorative dentistry and statistical methodology with a clinical or laboratory-based research project. Several student projects have been published in peer-reviewed journals including Scientific Translational Medicine.
