生物科学（遗传学） MPhil Biological Science (Genetics) by thesis

Modern genetics research seeks to provide a systems-level understanding of biology by relating genome sequence to function and phenotype. The Department of Genetics covers a wide spectrum of biological problems, from understanding basic mechanisms in cell biology and large-scale analysis of genome regulation and epigenetic control, to population biology focused on ecological, evolutionary, and human health significance. Research interests encompass functional genomics, systems biology, developmental genetics, epigenetic inheritance, population genetics, microbial genetics, and infectious disease.
