生物医学科学 MSc Biomedical Sciences

The MSc Biomedical Sciences programme deepens understanding of global health challenges in areas including antimicrobial resistance, autoimmunity, inflammatory diseases and ageing, cancer and immunotherapy. Based at the Birmingham health campus alongside University Hospital Birmingham and Birmingham Women's Hospital, students benefit from close links with the Institute of Translational Medicine and Institute of Biomedical Research. Term One provides in-depth training in academic and research skills, experimental design, advanced imaging, gene expression analysis and cancer immunology. Term Two explores scientific strategy, drug target identification, autoimmune disease therapies and antimicrobial resistance from a global health perspective.
