The MSc in Advanced Clinical Pharmacy Practice (International) is designed for non-UK qualified pharmacists who want to develop advanced clinical skills, with a focus on clinical pharmacy research and healthcare leadership. It is primarily aimed at overseas pharmacists with at least two years of patient-facing practice-based experience, enabling them to build on their expertise and practice at an advanced level. The programme runs over 18 months full-time and includes an extended placement of six months in NHS hospital settings integrated throughout the course. The curriculum combines clinical pharmacy practice, pharmacotherapy, patient-centred care, and healthcare leadership, with an emphasis on evidence-based medicine.
