This programme prepares graduates for a challenging career in modern process engineering, equipping them to help global industries create a healthier and more sustainable future. Students explore advanced concepts and processes in chemical engineering and can choose from specialist pathways including energy, healthcare technology, formulation and bioprocessing. The curriculum covers fundamental engineering and scientific principles in the autumn term, followed by specialist optional modules in the spring term, and concludes with a hands-on summer research project supervised by academic staff.
