语言、文化与传播 MA Language, Culture and Communication

This MA develops critical skills to analyse how language operates across cultures, politics, and media. Grounded in Applied Linguistics, core modules cover sociolinguistics, discourse and intercultural communication, and research methods. Optional modules allow specialisation in Corpus Linguistics, TESOL, Language and New Media, and Language, Power and Identity. The programme culminates in a 15,000-word dissertation. Students benefit from access to the Centre for Corpus Research in a department ranked Top 30 globally for English Language and Literature.
