The MA Educational Leadership and Management at the University of Birmingham is a full-time, 12-month programme offered by the top-ranked School of Education. It develops specialist knowledge and skills to drive change and innovation in educational practice, with a curriculum spanning leadership, management for school improvement, regulation and policy, international education, special educational needs and inclusion, and social justice. Core modules include Assessing and Improving School Performance, Research Methods in Education, Education Policy Governance and Regulation, and Leadership and Management in Education, alongside a 60-credit dissertation.
