This LLM programme prepares students for a career in the fast-paced world of international business law, providing an in-depth understanding of international trade and its effect on societies, regions and the environment. Students gain expertise in how laws control trade and finance globally, drawing on Birmingham Law School's strengths in global trade and EU law. The programme runs over 12 months full-time, comprising 120 credits of taught modules alongside a 60-credit dissertation. Students can specialise in areas such as business taxation, financing of international trade, and international dispute resolution.
