刑法与刑事司法 LLM Criminal Law and Criminal Justice

This LLM in Criminal Law and Criminal Justice develops students' knowledge of how the legal justice system responds to non-compliance with the law. The programme covers the criminal justice process in depth, exploring philosophical theories of punishment alongside real-world application of justice. Students can specialise in areas including policing, health aspects of criminal justice, race and ethnicity in the justice system, and international law enforcement cooperation. Taught at a world top 100 Law School, the programme comprises 120 credits of taught modules and a 60-credit dissertation.
