国际法与比较法 International and Comparative Law (LLM)

The LLM International and Comparative Law at Aberdeen offers advanced study in public international law, private international law and comparative law. The programme sharpens students' ability to critically assess how international law adapts to a fast-changing world and responds to current international crises. Designed in consultation with external practitioners and academics, it is aligned to industry competencies. Two compulsory courses—Critical Legal Thinking and Scholarship, and LLM Dissertation—form the core, supplemented by optional courses such as international intellectual property law, international criminal law, human rights law, and the law of the WTO. Aberdeen is a foundation discipline university since 1495, with over 40 nationalities in the School of Law community.
